The Renegade trail running fitness race

Prepare for our exhilarating trail running fitness race, a challenge designed to showcase your hard work and determination. This approximately 2.5-mile course will take you around the scenic Mt. Hope Reservoir twice, featuring four exercise stations per lap. Expect to tackle push-ups, sit-ups, plyometric jumping, and farmer's carries along the route, pushing your full-body fitness to the max.

Ruck division: Test your strength

For those seeking an even greater challenge, our ruck division awaits. Men must carry a 30 lbs. ruck, and women 20 lbs. Please note, weighted vests or plate carriers are not permitted, ensuring a true test of strength and endurance with traditional rucking gear. This division is perfect for those who want to add an extra layer of difficulty to their race experience.

Race details and registration

Mark your calendars! The race will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 9 AM at the Mt. Hope Reservoir Park, located on Mt. Hope Avenue in Oneida, NY 13421. The entry fee is $30 for participants aged 18 and older, and $20 for those 17 and under. We kindly ask that you bring cash for race day registration, as there is no pre-registration available.
